Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
